Telugu folk who move out of the country for some reason have a hard time speaking Telugu. But then here comes a 6 year old boy, Zbigniew Chertlur, who sings classic Telugu songs with apparent ease. Born to a Polish woman, Urzula Elzbieta, and Telugu NRI Sharath Chertlur, Zbigniew has become an internet sensation in a short span of time!
Zbigniew was born on April 30, 2009 in Wroclaw, Poland. The family is currently residing in London. Also called as Bujji, Zbigniew is a well-known face in the modeling and acting circuit in the UK. He was the face of TESCO, Nissan, and Camelot commercials and has even acted in a handful of short films.
Zbigniew parents moved to London four years ago to give him a better future. He is fluent in English, Polish, Spanish and Telugu. He started learning Telugu songs in December 2015 and in just four months he has sung several yesteryear hits and devotional numbers, taking care of its nuances and accent perfectly.
He had also performed in London for the APNRT function held at the White House Complex in honor of the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu’s recent visit to the United Kingdom.
Recently, he bagged a role in Srinu Vaitla’s Mister Starring Varun Tej, Lavanya Tripati and Hebah Patel. It will be exciting to catch him on screen now.
