Susmitha was studying in Delhi University when Baahubali: The Beginning was released in her final year. That movie played some unknown magic on her and she became a crazy fan of the movie.

From then on she had only one dream, to contribute to Baahubali 2 in some way or the other. For someone who has no connections with Tollywood nor any experience of watching Telugu films, it is close to impossible. There are lakhs of people who just wish they can "step" into the industry and have no chance, let alone in a heavy budget movie like Baahubali.

She started with searching the solutions on google, getting to know people online from their profiles and doing the necessary research. She also has a YouTube channel which she used as her favorite past time when not thinking about Baahubali movie.

One fine day, a crazy idea hit her and she wrote a lengthy message on Facebook describing her interest towards the movie and she sent it to the Facebook profiles or pages of each and every person associated with the movie. (she found the information in her research). From Rajamouli sir's page to the fighting assistants' profiles asking for a chance to contribute in some way.

Unexpectedly this dramatic feat drew some attention and she finally got a reply from the action director of the movie, Mr.Lee. He replied asking her to come to her office the next day and that her interview will be arranged.

There was very little possibility that she could fly Delhi to Hyderabad by next morning so upon few messages being exchanged with an assistant of Mr.Lee, she flew in later that week all the way from Delhi just for the interview. She cleared the interview with ease. But when Lee's team has approached the production team to notify about the new addition, they refused. Even Rajmouli sir refused any new additions at that stage of shooting. So here she was heartbroken and sad.

Susmitha continued making some random videos for her YouTube channel and looking at other options in life. But she was here, in Hyderabad and could not give up on her dream this easily.

One fine day when she was sitting casually in her house, she decided to take a 2km walk to Arka media's office.

Just like that she actually walked into the office and somehow got to meet the HR. HR was confused as he had no appointment that day but later, upon clarification, he understood what she was there for. He took her interview and somehow she was taken as an intern in their office!

It was her first job straight out of college and she had no idea what her job of content writing is going to be. She wasn't assigned any work related to Baahubali movie for the first 2 months. As time passed, she was responsible for writing content for the Baahubali social media team. Later, she was asked to handle Baahubali movie's official Snapchat account. With every passing day and her charisma booming the workplace, she was associated with Baahubali in more than a few ways!

Eventually, she made her way to meeting all the stars of the film and even getting a picture clicked with them, talking to them over dinner etc.

And yes, she managed to watch her name in the ending credits of the movie at the Baahubali premiere show (pre-release show). Persistence does pay.
