11 Times When Telugu Film Characters Were Too Close To Reality And Well Received By Audience!

For some actors, just looking the part isn't always enough. There are some who took acting to the extreme, by literally living in those roles. A lot of roles get diluted with 'additions' so as to convince the common audience. However, there are some that fall out of this league. Here's a list of some of our generation Telugu actors who've acted in such a way that their roles appeared having no cinematic fabrication and exaggeration. They sound so close to reality that you can instantly feel a connectivity with the role on screen! 1. Kaushik - Pelli Choopulu Prathi group lo okaduntadu. The characterisation, his dialogues, attitude everything seems so perfect. Friends ni thittadam, friend's parents nundi escape avvadam - literally Kaushik is one of us!

2. Ganesh's Father (Kota Srinivasa Rao) - Aaduvari Matalaku Ardhaalu Verule As a father of a 30-year old unsettled son, Kota Srinivasa Rao's acting is just impeccable. His frustration regarding his son's unruly behaviour, the way he introduces himself to Keerthi while waiting at the office, his reaction when his son gets the job - everything is beyond perfection.

3. Abhiram's brother - Nannaku Prematho Rajeev Kanakala's character in the film is a mix of various emotions. From convincing his father on death bed and trying to convince his brother not to get carried away by emotional anger - close to reality.

4. Bujji / Priya - Tholi Prema Actress Vasuki as a sister has shown us what a sister's love truly is. Any brother who has a sister can instantly relate to the role. Magic!

5. Prashanth - Pelli Choopulu A character that more than half of today's generation can instantly connect to. Simple, happy-go lucky, life meeda peddaga seriousness lekapovadam - pretty common lad.

6. Ganapati - Vedam Though it is brushed with a little humour, the role of Ganapati as a friend of Cable Raju is so close that every guy has at least one such best friend. His role's impact can be understood when Dappu Subhaani asks Raju to become a thief where Ganapati instantly denies the idea and goes on to say "Em matladthunav... Chadukonnudiki ilanti panulu chepthava.."

7. Viraj Anand's sister-in-law - Son of Satyamurthy Though not much has been discussed about her role, Sindhu Tolani's characterisation has been beautifully scripted. Simple, silent yet strong character.

8. Balu's father and mother - Kottha Bangaru Lokam Prakash Raj's character as Balu's father, and Jaya Sudha's roles as a mother and a wife - brilliant to watch. They just lived in the characters.

9. Chitra - Pelli Choopulu Chitra's role as a powerful, career oriented girl has a direct connection to what most of the girls want to be today. With a broken relationship and lack of clarity about career, besides standing up for herself - the role is a reflection of what a majority of modern day women go through.

10. Seenu's father - Jagadam A caring father, who knows his son is going the wrong way, but can't stop him - is something what today's generation can really understand. One of the finest performances by Raghu Babu.

11. Peddodu - Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu An introvert, who lives life on his own terms and is unsociable - Venkatesh has done magic on screen in putting himself in the character.
