His parents have instilled the habit of reading books from a young age. He slowly developed a liking toward poetry rather than stories, because.. "Konchem lone chala cheppatam , prasalu , padha prayogaalu..." .
He decided that he should write after reading Sri Sri's Mahaprasthanam. "Oka manishi santosham , badha , kopanni mamuluga chuste mamulu bhavale. Ave bhavalani akshara rupamlo chuste chala andanga, alochanavantanga kanipistaayi", he says...
