Minerva Group started its culinary journey in 1982 when Mr P Prabhakar Reddy, Mr A Vijayavardhan Reddy and Mr A Ramakrishna Reddy started the flagship Blue Fox at Himayath Nagar and Minerva Coffee Shop made its debut in 1987. The group today is engaged in running 3 Star Boutique Business Hotels and 21 Food & Beverage outlets. The portfolio at present includes six 3 Star Hotels under the brand Minerva Grand, eleven multi cuisine fine dining Restaurants & Bars under name and style of Blue Fox Restaurant and seven Vegetarian Restaurants under the name & style of Minerva Coffee Shop. All the three brands are very popular in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh.
The menu in this food truck will comprise of 40 dishes in combination of tiffins, rice specials, mini meals. And they also have speciality of dosas. Here you find the special dosas like Ulavacharu dosa, Palleturi dosa, Barbeque mushroom dosa’ and ‘Paneer peri peri dosa'. You can finds this delicious food truck in and around Madhapur.
