1. Ram Ki Bandi/ Ram’s Dosa House (Nampally and Punjagutta): You’re not a true Hyderabadi if you’ve never heard of Ram Ki Bandi. This famous Dosa cart was started years ago in Nampally and has earned recognition for having the best late night eats in town. With 4.2 stars on Zomato, people swear by the yummy butter idli and cheese dosa. Come prepared with an empty stomach and some time to spare, the wait will be worth it at the end.
2. Y2K- Panjagutta: Named questionably after the infamous computer virus of 2000, Y2K is famous with the late night non veg lovers of Hyderabad. Their chicken 65 and Biryani are to die for! During Ramzaan, people from all over the city come to taste their famous haleem. Don’t fret if you see the shutters closed, knock on them till someone opens. Sounds like a shady RGV flick right?
3. DLF’s Egg Maggi Bandi: Now that our beloved Maggi is back on shelves, you can always bank of DLF’s for a hearty and spicy maggi meal late at night. Don’t think you can just make this version at home, Hyderabadis swear by their secret recipe.
3. Paradise X Roads: Looking for something cheap yet oh-so-yummy, go here for the classic bread omelette. Now that winter is (slowly) coming, treat yourself to a hot chai late at night, to cool down any wild night expeditions.
4. Syala Drive In - Jubilee Hills: Situation- It’s late at night and you have a car full of hungry friends. Where do you go? Syala Drive In of course! From cheesy pizzas to the famous spicy chicken sambhar annam, you and your friends have a wide variety of tasty choices. For some extra masala, head here after 2 am and you might overhear some drunken gossip about TFI celebrities.
5. Charcoal, Madhapur: My personal favourite not just because of the amazing food, but the ambience as well. With a fancy grill built into a house, Charcoal offers a limited but mouth watering menu of fancy burgers, chicken rolls and spicy wings. Made with expert love, their Juicy Lucy lamb burger is love at first bite. If you dare, try their devilled wings for a spicy kick at the end of your night. And girls, if you’re worried (naturally) about the safety of these late night places, come to Charcoal with your friends. You’ll definitely feel safe among the chilled out crowd here.
6. Hotel Shadab: If you want some awesome midnight biryani, this is the place to go! It's also light on your pocket, so you can go every time you do a night out with friends.

8. Shah Ghouse Café and Restaurant: This place is pretty much of a legend. Tried and tested over the years, Shah Ghouse is the place you go to for authentic Hyderabadi food, late at night. It never disappoints! The low bill will surprise you every time too.
