Vizag All Set To Welcome Andhra Pradesh's First Ever Mircro-Brew Pub!

Already a phenomenon in the other metros of India, a microbrewery has made its way to the Vizag city. Andhra Pradesh is all set to welcome its first fresh beer centre, popularly known as microbrewery in Vishakhpatnam. A Belgium-themed microbrewery called Myz-Uno — The Brew Pub — will be opening to the public next month to provide Vizagites an all-new dining experience.

The microbrewery is coming up in the heart of the city at Siripuram above the VIP Central. It is spread over 9,000 sq.ft. Currently, the interior work is in progress and is likely to open by the last week of December. The microbrewery will have state-of-the-art unit with raw materials from Belgium brewing six flavours.

The beer here will be additive and chemical-free, unfiltered, and un-pasteurized and will be dispensed from eight 300-litre tanks. Belgium beer manufacturing standards will be followed in the brewing process. Myz-Uno will serve the beer fresh from tank to tap to glass, cutting out the need for kegs, cask or bottling. The 250-seat brewery will feature a full bar menu and gastronomical fine dining with mid-century modern interiors featuring reclaimed materials like masonry brick, flooring from old boxcars and wood snow fencing. Two brew masters trained in Germany will head Myz-Uno.

The dining section will have 7 different Indian cuisines with lounge and club music to provide an electrifying atmosphere. The microbrewery will have a section of imported wines from Spain, Italy and France. “The entire experience will give a feel of a ‘Belgium Beer Tour’. Founders of the microbrewery feel that the prime aim is to make it a solo destination spot for all occasions — a quick bite after work, parties, romantic dates, and family celebrations in the City of Destiny.

After Visakhapatnam, the second microbrewery in Andhra Pradesh will be coming up at M.G. Road in Vijayawada. The Vijayawada facility will come up at the cost of ₹3 crore spread over 8,000 sq.ft. Rejoice beer lovers. Watchout for the new experience!
