So, as it is, the Valentine's day isn't that far away. What better way to celebrate the day, than with your special one, over a great cup of Coffee. The below list is just a few of them, ( most of them in and around Banjara/Jubilee Hills), which I personally visited. Apart from great flavours of brewed coffee, ( free WIFI as well ), these all places serve some great food as well. Read on to know more....
1. Coffee Cup, Sainikpuri One of the best Coffee shops in the city, this outlet attracts young crowd over for a great breakfast ( with a huge menu for combos) and some wonderful flavours of Coffee. Apart from the usually good Mocha's and Latte's, they specialize in Hot Chocolate varieties, Grilled Sandwiches, Chicken Burgers, Platters and practically every food you want. Must Visit.
2. Gallery Cafe, Banjara Hills If you are an art lover or your valentine is, you won't leave this place any time soon. And it will become your favourite hangout place in no time. One of the best places to have Irish Coffee, this place boasts of 4 different types of cookies, all of which are really good. Apart from their Soups, Tangy Sandwiches, Pasta's, what you need to explore are their creamy desserts.
3. Star-bucks, Jubilee Hills Oh! Come On! You know this obviously. Doesn't mean it can't make it to this list. Though it has got 5 outlets, Jubilee Hills remains a notch above the rest. Feel International of course. Their best coffees include, Grande French Press, Grande Cocoa Cappuccino mix with whipped cream, and Grande Brewed Coffee with Caramel Toppings. Find yourself a good spot and have the perfect evening of romance.
4. Van Lavino, Jubilee Hills Van Lavino is a cafe and a patisserie that has a delectable collection of cakes & savories that will not let you leave the place so easily. The experience of coming here for a date will leave you smiling long after.
5. Di Bella Coffee, Banjara Hills Figure this. Frappes, Cappuccinos, Cold Coffees, Sandwiches and Harley Davidson Bikes in a corner. What more can you really want. If your date is into bikes, this is the place to be. Their specialities include, brilliant Pasta's (try Arrabiatta variant ), Mexican varieties, and with it's coffee variants, it is the ultimate Australian experience. Do try their Signature Picolo Latte. It's great.
6. Beyond Coffee, Jubilee Hills It's more about the peaceful ambience, greenery and soulful time. As the name implies, Beyond Coffee ( which by the way is really good ), Waffles, Pancakes are their speciality. Oh did I tell you, they have our very own Araku Coffee variety, which is super delicious. Also while you are there, try the Georgia O Keefe, Breakfast palletes, Waffles and the list goes on.
7. Heart Cup Coffee, Jubilee Hills You've heard this one too. The Other branch is near Google Office. But this one is better in ambience, live music and other romantic things. Apart from their awesome Coffee, the food options are awesome tool. Indian, Western, Seafood etc. Also, the Chicken Club Burger is delicious as well. If you are into it, Kebab menu has some interesting options as well.
8. Kafiko, Banjara Hills Everything International is available here. For instance, Cappuccino Viennese, Morocchino, Espresso Macchiato variants of Blended Coffee. Apart from that, If you and your date are in mood for Thailand and Japanese specialities, this is the place to be, with a range of Maki's Sashimi Platters, and must try is Chef's Vietnamese Fried Rice.
9. Obsessive Coffee Disorder, Banjara Hills Again a hookah joint. Also snooker table. If it's only good coffee and great ambiance that you strive for, this is it. Shakes, Frappes, Variety of Tea's are all there. If we come to the food, Chicken breasts, Grilled varieties, Pasta and Crisp Chicken are their offerings. Triple Schezwan Fried Rice is something you should try as well.
10. Kavanah, Jubilee Hills Kavanah is the Hebrew language word for 'Sincere Feelings'. We sincerely feel that this is the place you need to bring your date on the day of Valentines.
