Presenting Amazing Facts About ISRO's World Record PSLV-C37 Launch!

The pride of India Isro has yet again achieved another incredible feat showing the world what we really can achieve, on this historical day ISRO has launched PSLV-C37 ( 104 satellites in one single mission. The launch was executed from the southern part of India, in Srihari Kota space centre. This glorious feat has now put us in the big league of modern technological advancement.

So, here are few amazing facts from this launch feat.

1. This is the first time ever that such a massive launch has been attempted and seen success in a single go.

2. The previous highest satellites sent in one go was from Russia with around 37 satellites in 2014. Now India hold's the record with 104 which also include nano satellites.

3. The majority of satellites are from a US company named 'Planet' and it also includes several other satellites belonging to Israel, Kazakhstan, UAE, Switzerland and Netherlands.

4. A cartographic satellite, with the capability of taking high resolution images is also believed to be on board to keep an eye on our neighboring countries.

5. At 9:28 A.M. the first launch was initiated at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre carrying Cartosat-2 and followed by other 103 satellites in a gap of 30 mins.

6. The XL variant rocket has been used in this launch and it earlier used in Mars Orbiter Mission(M.O.M)
