The business capital of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada is gearing up to have its first-ever food festival on wheels where a wide variety of dishes would be offered by young chefs and entrepreneurs. The three day event is going start from tommorrow (February 2-4 from 5PM to 10:30PM) on the grounds of the Siddhartha Institute of Hotel Management And Catering Technology. The event is going to host 30 food trucks and is being organised by La Celebrations.

With different cuisines of food, live music and some rocking DJ performances, this event is going to planned to entertain all type participants. The entry fee is going to be just Rs.10/- . Organizers have planned to ensure that the same dish is not sold by any other food truck in the festival. Also, each food truck will come up with its own special variety along with the menu of a particular variety. The trucks are going to give the best quality food at affordable prices as they aim to take the best tastes to the common public.

This event is aimed to encourage the development of food truck culture in the city. The festival is going to feature live music, rock band and DJ on the three days. City-based rock band Unflugged, one of the partners, is going to perform live. On the last day, the festival would feature the DJ.
