Baahubali has changed so many things for Telugu cinema. It especially made new-age Telugu talents dream big. Ever since Sandeep Reddy Vanga made it big in Bollywood with Kabir Singh, Bollywood is very much interested in remaking a lot of Telugu hits. Here’s a list of 1 or 2 films old, new-age Telugu directors who are going into Bollywood to make it big.
1. Sandeep Reddy Vanga
After his unforgettable debut into Bollywood with ‘Kabir Singh’, Sandeep Vanga is all set to make his next film with the producers of Kabir Singh. Its a crime drama film. Both the title and the actors have not been announced yet.
2. Gowtam Tinnanuri
This 2 film old director is now remaking his ‘Jersey‘ in Bollywood with Shahid Kapoor & Murnal Thakur. Shahid Kapoor had even injured his face with a leather ball while shooting for this film. If not the lockdown, The film was supposed to be released on August 28 this year.
3. Sailesh Kolanu
Sailesh Kolanu who directed ‘HIT‘ this year with Vishwak Sen, Is now all set to remake the same film in Bollywood with Rajkummar Rao. It’s going to be an interesting project because there’s already a sequel announced in Telugu.
4. Ritesh Rana
The guy who directed the craziest film of the year, Mathu Vadalara is now all set to remake it in Bollywood. Mathu Vadalara is a film with trippy visuals, We’re definitely waiting for the magic they’re going to recreate again.
5. Sankalp Reddy
Sankalp Reddy, Who debuted into industry with a PAN Indian film, ‘The Ghazi Attack‘, Is now making his next film with Commando fame Vidyut Jammwal. After Antariksham, Sankalp has also made his ‘short’ in Telugu adaption of Netlfix’s Lust Stories.
6. Radha Krishna Kumar
With just 1 film in his pocket (Jill), He is now directing ‘Radhe Shyam‘ with Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in multiple languages.
7. Nag Ashwin
After his magical ‘Mahanati‘, Nag Ashwin is all set for his next film. While announcing about the details of the film, Nag Ashwin said that this is not just a PAN Indian film but a PAN World.

8. Sashi Kiran Tikka
The duo who collaborated on ‘Goodachari‘ are now making a PAN Indian Indian film ‘Major’. The film is based on the incredible, real story of Sandeep Unnikrishnan, The real life hero of 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
While these are the ones that are going to be released, Here’s a director who made one of India’s costliest films ever.
The 29 year-old young director made one of the costliest films in our country ever. Saaho was made on a budget of 300 crores. Considering his age and 1-film-experience, The responsibility on him was pretty huge, Irrespective of the result, Sujeeth has made a PAN Indian film.
