They don’t have the hype or glamor of the Cricket field but they sure have the delight of success. While our girls have hit a major win in the Hero FIH Hockey World League Round 2. And what’s more, two of the players are a part of the Telugu pride! Goalkeeper Rajani Etimarpu and Forward Soundarya Yendala have contributed to the wonderful sportsmanship of the Indian Women’s hockey team!

Rajani(above) is from Tirupati and is a relative newbie to the team. She represents the Railway Department.

Soundarya, also part of the Railways team, is from Nizamabad and has already represented India in hockey more than a 100 times!!
