Putting an end to the long waits near the government offices, AP Government makes it easier to Lodge complaints on their services. It is now just a click away to raise grievances against their schemes and services. On Wednesday CM Chandrababu Naidu launched ‘People’s First’ app to fulfill this sole aim.

People of Andhra Pradesh can now dial 1100 to register complaints about government services and schemes. Speaking of this he said that as citizens are on the wave of technology, they can use the medium of mobile to register their complaints. The app will also keep the citizens updated with the latest schemes and services of the government and the users will also be able to use the app for registering their complaints.

The registered complaints will then be addresses as soon as possible and selected complaints will be directly monitored by the chief minister himself. Using the mobile App, a user needs to log in using his or her Aadhar number to access the registered family data and also download e-certificates like caste, residence, income, birth and death, etc. They can also check details of various government schemes like PDS, pensions, insurance and housing.

While speaking at the Collectors he stressed on the importance of people centric approach and development model that reflects their good governance. He said that Collectors’ Conference is government’s means to assess the progress of the state and it also helps on the shortcomings and future plans. This is a great step by AP’s government to technologically advance the grievance cell.
