Irrespective of the result of Demonetization, common people are suffering and there’s no denying that. From standing in line for long hours to get their hard earned money to depositing the last saved penny. They have been there and seen that but, this news is some how a slight relief for the people and especially working force.

After petrol pumps, Big Bazar and Inox, private cab service company “OLA” is providing withdrawal facility to people. You can now swipe your debit cards of lenders like State Bank of India (SBI) and Andhra Bank and withdraw cash at the OLA POS machines. This is being done to ease the on going cash crunch in Hyderabad.

After banning the old Rs 500 and 1,000 notes, banks and ATMs have not been able to meet the need for cash. Because of the necessity for access to lower denomination or new currency, cash dispensing through swipe of debit cards at POS machines was introduced at around 3,700 petrol pumps.

The same is being imitated by Ola on a test premise in its cabs in Hyderabad where taxis with a bank officer and POS machine are being setup at various areas like JNTU, Inorbit Mall, KBR etc. Cars carrying Point of Sales machines will serve the citizens and administer money of Rs 2,000 for every card.
