The centre of corporate corridor of Hyderbad, Gachibowli – has got another more café added to its bucket list. This time, Hyderabadis ..get ready for some unique recipes which we might’ve never tasted before. Café Yugen, situated on Gachibowli – Miyapur stretch, has some different menu of sandwiches and omelettes which we have never come across in our city. The man behind this cafe is Yugander, who did his MA economics from Madras School of commerce and worked with Ford for some time. Thanks to his undying passion of being a chef and trying out different recipes, he quit his job and went on travelling.

He travelled across India. He has been to Gwalior, kajaraho, Orchha, Jhansi, Lucknow, Kasi( Banaras), Ranchi, Kolkata, Shantiniketan, Darjeeling, certain places in Arunachal and Assam, Shillong, chirapunji and tasted different kinds of foods. He met many travellers from other countries and learnt their food recipes. He tried creating his own with this knowledge he acquired while travelling. From Spanish omelette, Cubano’s (Cuban Sandwich), Kheema fries, this café offers us some unique sandwiches which we might have never seen before.

Not just these. This café is kind of a heaven for all coffee lovers – especially those who love black coffee. It has different types of coffees roasted at different places like Kelagur, Doraikanal, Araku, Nelliyampathy, Chikmagalur, Gowri estate, Moganar. If you love coffee tasting, then this is the best place for you. Gowri estate coffee, which is ranked as the best roasted coffee of 2017 is also available here.
